Mango Lassi

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes (peeled & chopped)
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 50 grams sugar (adjust sweetness to taste)
  • 2 cups small ice cube (crushed) 
  • Pinch of green cardamom powder

Making Procedure:


Take a blender and put mango, curd, sugar, milk and crushed ice. Blend for 2 minutes or until it smooths. Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little cardamom powder on it. Served chilled.
