Milk Macaroni
Ingredients:
- 100 grams elbow macaroni
- 500 ml milk
- 150 grams sugar (adjust to taste)
- 15 grams almond (thinly chopped)
- 2-3 green cardamom
- A pinch of cardamom powder
Making Procedure:
Take a heavy bottom pan. Pour the milk and bring it to boil.
When the milk start boiling add the macaroni. Low the heat and let it condensed for 5 minutes. Stir it often.
Now add sugar, almond, cardamom and cook it for 5-10 minutes on very low flame or until it soften.
Remove from heat and let it cool. Then sprinkle the cardamom powder on it and refrigerate it.
Serve cold.
